At HALO Bagels, we are dedicated to redefining the bagel experience in Berlin with our artisanal sourdough bagels. We strongly believe that our passion for high quality food and gracious hospitality creates joyful HALO moments that bring people together - we call them FULL CIRCLE MOMENTS.

We are seeking a new team member to join our diverse and international team on our journey to becoming the best known sourdough bagel brand in Berlin (and beyond).

🔪 Responsibilities

• You’re responsible for the production of all bagel toppings by turning raw quality ingredients into our in-house developed recipes (including meat preparation)
• You’re supporting the daily production of our sourdough bagel bread including hand shaping, proofing, bathing and baking
• You’re responsible of maintaining and carrying out cleaning tasks in the BOH and complying with operational hygiene measurements as well as legal regulations
• You’re actively managing food inventory following FIFO/FEFO, including storage control and weekly order planning

• You’re able to switch easily from a baked-goods production to food preparation and posses strong organizational skills
• You’re naturally having a strong team spirit mindset, with excellent communication skills and getting energized by working with people
